We are Jon and Katia, the proud owners of The St Ives. We have recently moved to Dunoon from London with our three children to follow our dream of running a B&B. Dreams really do come true!

We have given the St Ives a complete makeover turning it into a bright and cosy boutique guesthouse with all the modern amenities and creature comforts but still retaining its Victorian charm.

It's safe to say there is no place like ours in Dunoon! It is now a perfect getaway for couples, families and groups. We are only an hour and a half away from Glasgow Airport and two hours away from Edinburgh.

There are seven cosy guest bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. Each room has a high speed wifi and secure wired internet connection, a comfortable bed, Smart TV loaded with Netflix, YouTube and Amazon, fluffy towels, slippers, toiletries, a hairdryer and a hospitality tray stocked with tea, coffee and Scottish tea cakes and biscuits.

Our delicious breakfasts are included in the price of the room and we use quality, Scottish foods. Our cosy guest lounge with spectacular sea views is ideal for unwinding with a wee dram and features a 50" Smart TV, books and board games. We have a well-stocked bar - come and taste our local gins and whisky!

We are a family hotel, we welcome children of all ages and your dogs. We love fussing over our guests, making sure each one of you has a great experience and goes home rested and re-energised.
