Our two Superior Sea View rooms look straight out over the majestic waters of Loch Linnhe to the islands of Lismore and Shuna and the Morvern Peninsula beyond. Our four Sea View rooms have spectacular outlooks over Loch Linnhe to the islands of Lismore and Shuna and the Morvern Peninsula beyond. Our six Cliff Facing rooms look out to the rockery and the hillside of Appin Rocks and we have the flexibility to create a number of bedrooms for families to use.

Al rooms have ensuite facilities, flatscreen Smart TV, internet access and tea and coffee making facilities. Your room rate includes breakfast served in the restaurant or in your bedroom.

We aim to share our passion for excellent food, wine and service, with dishes simply cooked to perfection and served with unbeatable sea views. In the Pierhouse kitchen, we use only the finest seasonal Scottish seafood, meat, game and vegetables.

Warm and welcoming, the Ferry Bar looks directly out over Port Appin's pier and across Loch Linnhe to the island of Lismore and beyond.

Whether you just want to relax or pursue more energetic activities, The Pierhouse makes an ideal base. There is plenty to do on foot or by bike, starting from the hotel and exploring Appin or taking the ferry across to Lismore, mountain bike hire is available. But wherever you go, whatever you do through the day, afterwards take advantage of one of our excellent relaxation, therapeutic, aromatherapy or sports massage treatments in the comfort of your own room or just relax in our Finnish sauna.

Hotel residents may bring well behaved and house-trained dogs to the hotel. There is limited availability for dogs in the hotel so we do advise that you call Reservations if you wish to bring your dog. There is a fee of £ 15.00 per dog per night.
