Little Briar Cottage in Lochearnhead on Loch Earn, is an award winning pet friendly cottage cottage for 3 guests plus 2 pets.

The patio is secured with 2 wooden gates and wire coated fencing so that pets can enjoy the loch and garden views without feeling hemmed in. The patio has a partial anwing for shelter and a water hose as well as pet bowls. The patio leads to an acre of grass for exercise with a stream for splashing in at the top of the garden on the right. The top left has a stile over to an off road old railway walkway. Guests and pets can use the garden on Loch Earn for seasonal fishing, watersports and open water swimming.

There are two pet friendly hotels and a watersports centre within a 200m stroll. Even the local golf course allows pets.

The cottage has a double and single bedroom, bathroom and an open lounge, kitchen dining area. The kitchen is modern with integrated appliances; dishwasher, microwave, full fridge freezer.

Lochearnhead is within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, central Scotland. Loch Earn is a beautiful, scenic, lochside location to wake up to, in any season.
