I am a fully qualified Dog Groomer (Dog Grooming Diploma, City & Guilds Level 3 and Animal First Aid & CPR) and run a small, friendly dog grooming business in Lenzie, East Dunbartonshire.

My aim is to provide a calm, caring establishment, and give a quality service and customer satisfaction. I do not rush your dog through the grooming process, dogs are groomed at a comfortable pace. I start to groom your dog the minute it arrives and call you when I finish. This eliminates the need to put your dog in a cage and cause it any upset, the dogs learn to trust me and they are more settled and happier to return. Dogs are re-assured and made to feel comfortable to make it a positive experience for them.

I believe in satisfying my customers' needs, and that of their owners. The majority of my business is from repeat customers and referrals. My name is Elaine and I am the dog groomer/pet stylist. I provide a secure, safe environment for your dog on a one to one basis, I find the dogs prefer this and it makes it a more enjoyable experience for them, it also helps to quickly build up trust with your dog. It is especially good for nervous/elderly dogs. Your pet is fully insured throughout the groom.

Services
I offer a Full Groom and Spa experience for your dog. Full Groom & Spa includes a bubble bath wash with shampoo suitable for your dogs coat, coat treatment if required, I offer the dogs massage therapy whilst in the bath I find this helps the dogs to relax, and I fluff dry the coat afterwards (no cage driers), I clip and style the coat, nails are cut & ears cleaned. I also do regular dog washing/drying for dirty dogs and rollers. I offer Hand Stripping if suitable for your dog, before the process I will check coat condition and health of dog, I also do regular De Shedding to show your dogs coat of to its best advantage.

Puppies should be introduced early to grooming. On their first visit time is taken to allow your dog to become familiar with me and all the new things in the salon. I will gently guide your dog so they learn that grooming is an enjoyable experience and not something they should fear, this should last your dog's life time. A positive first visit is the most important thing to achieve.
