Kinnoull is an ideal location from which to explore the beautiful islands of Harris & Lewis and has been allocated 3 stars by Visit Scotland and is a 4-minute drive from the ferry terminal in Tarbert.

This home from home has one of the best views in Scotland from its hillside setting above the town. At night the harbour lights give the place a magical quality and the Isle of Skye can be seen in the distance on a clear day.

It provides ideal accommodation for a get-together of family or friends.

The property sleeps up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms and has a spacious conservatory offering panoramic views across the Minch to Skye.

All rooms are on one level and the property is accessible either via three (3) entrance steps or by a ramp onto the decking.

2021/2022: Price per week is currently £750 (high season) and £650 (low season). Only week-long lets (Saturday to Saturday) are available in the high season. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required in the low season at £125 per night.

The price includes all electricity and oil for the central heating. Coal, kindling and logs are provided initially for the open fire and additional supplies are available for purchase locally if required.
