Stunning sea views, of Lamlash Bay and Holy Isle, can be enjoyed while relaxing inside, or outside on the extensive decking. Prior to your relaxation,you may wish to walk, climb, visit one of the beautiful beaches,play golf on one of seven courses, visit one of the many visitor attractions or ,indeed, just stay and relax all day in peace at home in your seaside holiday cottage.

There is ample off road level parking with plenty space for wheelchair access or pram/child access to vehicles and the ramp to the decking.

The accommodation is on on the level and comprises of a sitting room/ kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with bath and electric over bath shower, utility cupboard with washing machine, spectacular decking, garden, drying area and lockable shed for cycling, fishing, walking, climbing, golf or any other outdoor gear (exclusive use for the apartment).

A double bed is provided but a single bed is also available if 2 beds are required as is a cot (or toddler bed) at no additional charge - where the occupancy is 2 adults. The single bed is available at an additional cost for a 3rd visitor or child by arrangement.A high chair and nursery fire-guard are also provided as required.

The house is fully equiped and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, full cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, TV, DVD, hairdryer etc. All towels and linen are supplied as are general cleaning materials. You will come to a " home from home" where you just need to bring yourself and what you need for yourself.

Pets are welcome by arrangement, however,an additional cleaning charge of £15 will be payable per visit as will a refundable dog deposit of £50. Pets should have all vaccinations and worming up to date and must not be left alone in the house.
