The Cosy Corner

The Cosy Corner offers a peaceful countryside setting with picturesque views and beautiful sunsets. There is an abundance of wildlife including Otters, Birds and Seals as well as a number of well known freshwater fishing lochs. Clousta is also a wonderful area for spectacular coastal walks.

The accommodation consists of a Kitchen/Living room with double bed settee, Bedroom with double bed, En-suite and a spacious Vestibule. Parking is available for two vehicles. There is a small patio area outside which is ideal for having breakfast in the morning sun.

The vestibule is fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes drying facilities, iron and ironing board, hoover and sink.

The kitchen/living area contains a microwave oven, ceramic hob cooker, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils are provided. Dining table and 4 chairs. flat screen TV/DVD Player with Freesat, 4'6 bed settee. Access to a patio area with seating.

The double bedroom has a pine Bed, 2 x bedside cabinets, double wardrobe, chest of drawers. All bed linen and 2 x towels per person are included. The ensuite has an electric shower, washhand basin, lavatory, heated towel rail.

There is access to Wi-Fi and mobile reception is patchy in the area but it is hoped this will be improved in the near future.

There are poultry, cats and dogs within the grounds of The Cosy Corner and the property is pet friendly.

There is a leisure centre nearby in the village of Aith for sports activities including a fitness suite, squash court, 3 lane swimming pool, steam room and sauna. There are also two shops in the neighbouring villages of Aith and Bixter.
