Built in 2008, Cambushinnie Croft is ideal for self-catering holidays of all sorts and all lengths. 3 comfortable bedrooms are matched by 3 bathrooms, while two living areas make it easy to enjoy evenings together, or perhaps grab a little quiet time!
On the edge of Perthshire, we are just one hour from Edinburgh & Glasgow and ideally situated for exploring Scotland.
The House
A lovely dining area, well appointed modern kitchen and luxurious lounge make for bright mornings and relaxed evenings!
LOUNGE: Large & spacious with leather 3 piece suite, 42’’ LCD Plasma TV with Freesat. CD Player, Radio and iPod/MP3 Dock. Log burning stove (initial supply of logs provided).
KITCHEN: Fully fitted with separate fridge, freezer. 4 ring electric hob & double oven, microwave & dishwasher. Breakfast bar with stools. Dining area with large table, seating for 6 and two easy chairs. High chair available. 2 chairs for relaxing & enjoying outside views. Door to outside PATIO with picnic table and garden.
MASTER BEDROOM: King / twin bed – (zip locked for dividing). Walk in wardrobe. Ensuite wet room – Shower, WC & wash hand basin all disabled friendly. Electric towel rail.
UTILITY ROOM: with washing machine, dryer, pulley & airing cupboard & plenty of storage.
UPSTAIRS: Two comfortable bedrooms, bathroom and open plan living area with leather 2-piece suite, 32″ LCD Plasma TV with Freesat and a selection of books & games.

Many of Scotland’s finest fishing areas are right on our doorstep. At Cambushinnie Croft the River Allan borders our land and we have a permit to fish for in season trout in the river.
