On four floors 4 sitting rooms, 13 bedrooms including 9 en-suite, a large kitchen, a dining rooms table which can seat 26, a billiard room, a dog house and 3 open log fires.

There are beautiful lawns (including a BBQ area) and grounds to be enjoyed outside, complete with Arboretum and lochans, natural woodlands and plenty of walking and cycling tracks to be explored and experienced throughout this stunning Scottish estate.

On the ground floor there is a large open plan Kitchen that is well appointed and features a traditional Aga and large walk in larder, with a breakfast table that can seat up to 10 people comfortably. Adjoining the kitchen is a separate Laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of hanging space.

Located between the Kitchen and Grand Hall is the main Sitting Room, a large and comfortable room, housing a large LED screen TV with SKY channels, a hearty open fire and plenty of seating.

The Grand Hall boasts an imposing dining table created from Oak and Elm sourced from the Burgie Estate woodland, and at which up to 26 people can be seated comfortably to dine in fine ambiance and enjoy memorable dinners.

Guests can relax in style in front of the open fire in the sophisticated Drawing room where any musicians can showcase their talents on the stunning Steinway Grand Piano – the perfect place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink/cocktail or simply to relax and read the papers.

Stairs down to the basement lead to the Billiard Room with full sized billiard table which has seen many a convivial evening as guests enjoy a game of post-dinner snooker and a glass or two of locally distilled whisky! Also down here is the Wine Cellar which holds a selection of unique and unusual wine should guests be so inclined.

There are 8 bedrooms on the first floor and 4 bedrooms on the second floor.

Dogs are accepted at Burgie House only with the prior consent of the Owners and must be kept under control at all times.
